Beyond The Jewel Box-15" Tree/Gold

The 15" stunning gold tree is topped with a vintage Swedish stick pin from Gustaf VI Adolf of Sweden who reigned from 1950-1973. The date on the pin is 11/11, 1952. Also adorning the top portion of this charming tree is a beautiful cherub suspending a pearl. There is also a generous West Point brass shield as well as a Marine insignia pin and plenty of Spanish Damascene in the form of sailing galleons, a plume, lilies, a shell, and an intricate lobster. There are several brooches with large crystals and Austrian crystal. Among the many antique brass buttons is a French servant's button, indicating service to royalty as denoted by a relief of a crown. One button is from the Portland Police Dept. There is a vintage copper pin with four funnel-shaped lilies studded with green colored glass accents. A playful pirate or miner appears to have discovered a beautiful aurora borealis brooch. There is also a wonderful etched copper shield, an antique cufflink and a playful kitten pin with a pear between its paws.  And an Elegant Dragonfly Charm!
